Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! And we only stay in vacation rentals! David, Heather and Boys are so welcoming in so many ways! The property is gorgeous and a great location for the wave and biking to our two favorite beaches Cisco and Surfside...and also close to town and the SeaGrille restaurant....will definitely be backšŸ’•

David and Heather have a beautiful property right in the middle on Nantucket. Made for great access to downtown, south shore beaches and west of the island towards Madaket. The property was very clean and cozy, which was wonderful to come back to everyday after long days of either bike riding or going to the beach. They gave great recommendations for food spots and offered anything we would need for the week. 10/10, and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for private stay on the island.

This was our first time on Nantucket. We are a fan of Elin Hilderbrands books so we wanted to come check out Nantucket for ourselves. If we ever are lucky enough to come back we for sure will be staying here again. Amazing hosts, the basement/apartment is clean and super cute. 2 bedroom w plenty of beds and the beds are really comfortable. Definitely comes highly recommended from us.

This basement unit was beautifully done, like new, and very clean. One thing to mention if you do want to do cooking, there was no stove but it did have a Weber grill, a hot plate and a microwave. This is a great unit that is within a couple miles of town. If weather cooperates you could get by without a car by using bikes and taxis. The hosts Daniel and Heather were very responsive to any questions or needs.

This was perfect for my mother-in-law and her cousin to stay in. It was a bit more out of town than we originally thought but they developed a great friendship with a taxi driver and he was at their beck and call! David and Heather were a dream to work with! They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They were both available to answer all my questions. The listing is beautiful and exactly how the pictures depict. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. Location is less than 2 miles from town so would recommend a car but we had a few In our party Uber with do difficulty. Would recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Nantucket. David also has another smaller property on island which I am guessing is just as nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Heather and Dave were fantastic hosts. Check in was great and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The property is in a great location just outside of downtown but close enough. We rented bikes and you could get downtown or to the beach or a brewery within 10 minutes. Sometimes faster than an Uber. The apartment was great for our family of 5. We will be back next summer

The property is amazing, newly finished basement apartment that is great for a weekend get away! Easy to get around especially if you have bikes itā€™s perfectly placed between town and Cisco brewery. The hosts were awesome and were very professional and nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and newly renovated basement apartment. Lovely hosts. Everything you need. We rented bikes and rode into town which was nice. On day 1 we had beach cruisers but swapped them out for electric-assistance bikes and that let us go further. The only issue we had was that the internet wasn't consistent and I couldn't do meetings from there. Being in a basement apartment on an island with spotty cell service, made it impossible for me to use my hotspot as an alternative. If you are working, you have to go into town to a coffee shop. Just know that before you go. Our hosts Heather and David were adorable. David now drives a taxi which is super convenient! Nantucket is a special place. Don't forget to look up at the stars. From this spot, they are gorgeous!
