The house was clean, the owner left a bottle of wine and a pizza which was extremely thoughtful and nice! The area is perfect if you want to go downtown. We loved our stay and will book at this place again when we return!!! I would highly recommend!!!

Good location
Stayed the first weekend in August to attend a family gathering. The property was private and quiet. Nice outdoor space. Short walk to shops and restaurants. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch. We noticed the kitchen faucet was sputtering so we pulled the handle to check to see if something was clogging it. There was black mold. Checked bathroom, same thing. This was discovered the morning we were checking out. Sent the host a message advising that it should be cleaned out. Have not receive a response. Hopefully it was taken care of!

The location and size for a group of 4 was perfect! Hannah was so accommodating to us and we enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor patio was a highlight and we loved walking through the neighborhood & downtown Napa!

Great Spot - would stay again
Walkable to downtown Napa and easy to hop in the car and get anywhere. Very quiet spot with all the things you need. Having the outside space was great in the evenings with the beautiful weather. My only negative was that things were not the cleanest we have seen. All the important things (bathroom, kitchen, linens) were clean and great. We dropped a vitamin bottle and had to go searching, corners and under tables haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Great Location
This little bungalow is in a perfect spot. The neighborhood is one of my favorites, with older custom homes, lots of trees and fairly quiet for being so clise to town. The place is very clean and comfortable. The wine was a real treat, enjoyed on the patio with my peeps. A very positive experience. I hope to rent again here during future visits.

Great location, well stocked, comfortable, private
We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of privacy in the unit in spite of it being a shared property. Bed was very comfortable. If you are staying on a Thursday night, heads up that Friday is garbage day and I swear there were about six different trucks (the house is on the corner of two streets) starting at 5:30AM. Otherwise the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Some of the lounger patio furnishings shown in the pictures was not actually there. But none of these things were an issue. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

I was very unimpressed with the amount of dust that was on every fan every lamp - dirt in the bathroom and on floors. If people are paying for cleaning service - it should be spotless. Not impressed. location great.

Adorable little bungalow! Perfect size for four guests. Pull-out couch and bed were both comfortable. Very clean, accessible kitchen, and the bottle of wine was a nice plus! Would definitely stay here again.

First experience-One room short!!!
Perplexed as to what an out of towner is Thomas supposed to do upon arrival, before George Washington only to see one room short, and no amenities as listed. Unfortunately, we traveled 3000 miles only to have one of our guests sleep on the floor.

Charming house and property
The house was very comfortable and as advertised. Perfect for a solo or couples trip. The snacks provided were a welcome perk for a late arrival. Communication and instructions from the host were clear and led to smooth check in and out processes. I would definitely stay here again.

6 stars out of 5, excellent stay!
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t recommend this space enough! Right in the heart of downtown Napa, but still setup in a very quiet neighborhood! The cottage is lovely, extremely clean well maintained and updated! We loved all their attention to detail down to the snacks they provided! This lovely place had everything we needed for a beautiful NYE weekend!! If your a couple in need of a fun few days in Napa this makes the perfect home base!!! Couldn’t recommend enough!! Thank you for the fabulous stay!!! :)

Cute place for a Napa Trip
Well kept property, ample space for 3 adults. Couch bed was comfortable. Difficult to find late at night because it is very dark and there was no outside lighting in the street or driveway. Would stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend! The location is perfect - about a 15 minute walk from downtown. The house was great and Hannah is a very thoughtful host! We so appreciated the snacks, bottle of wine, and fresh flowers! We would definitely stay at this property again!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hannah's property in Napa while exploring Napa Valley. The cottage was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for a couple. We walked to downtown Napa for dinner two nights. We would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Napa.

We had a great time staying at Hannah’s place! Location is perfect for downtown Napa and easy to get on the highway north to Yountville and other towns. Place was exactly as expected and communication was wonderful!
