We stayed at this apartment in Napoli and, while the location was convenient and close to many attractions, our overall experience was disappointing. The area was very noisy and busy, making it sometimes difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The apartment didn’t meet my expectations in terms of upkeep. Communication with the local team and property management was lacking; they only briefly explained the AC and checkout process but didn’t cover how some appliances, like the microwave, worked. We encountered maintenance issues, including a leak in the shower and a flood in the living room on our last day. Additionally, we found dirty blankets with old stains, and we had to search to find clean ones to use. We also had to purchase our own trash bags as they weren’t provided.Moreover, there was a city tax that needed to be paid, but it wasn’t disclosed in the listing, and there was no information about the amount or how to make the payment.Overall, the apartment has potential, but I hope the host addresses these issues for future guests. I wouldn’t recommend or stay there otherwise.
