Très propre et accueillant
Très bon accueil, nous avons eu un petit mot ainsi que des pâtisseries à notre arrivée. La chambre était propre et confortable. L’hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants dans le centre historique et à 7 minutes à pied de la gare (très pratique, nous avons pris le train pour Rome, il dure environ 1h) . Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (croissants et biscottes industriels, cacahuètes, crackers…) Dans l’ensemble, je recommande pour un séjour à Naples.

Super
Très bon séjour, super chambre, gérants à l’écoute et disponible, facilité d’accès. Gare à 10 min à pied et aéroport à 15 min en bus depuis la gare, très pratique. À 15/20 min du centre historique à pieds. En revanche plutôt mal isolé, les bruits extérieurs s’entendent énormément et quartier très spécial, délabré et sale +++++ avec beaucoup beaucoup de pauvreté et de personnes à la rue, donc pas vraiment la joie. Mais sinon super accueil et chambre vraiment très agréable.

Appartement bien situé près de la gare et du centre historique. Appartement correct, propre. Cependant très bruyant, petit balcon donnant sur un garage automobile !! Petit déjeuner ordinaire sans produit frais!

Séjour parfait !
Séjour parfait, l’hôte est très gentille ! La chambre est propre et la salle de bain est spacieuse. On est proches du centre historique et de la gare Garibaldi. Un peu de bruit la nuit mais sinon tout est parfait !

Tolles, sauberes und modernes Zimmer, mit einem super bequemen Bett. Sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Check In ( Self Check In). Auch das Gepäck konnte noch vorübergehend dort gelagert werden, da der Flug erst spät ging. Einziges Manko ist der laute Verkehr aber dafür ist man sehr zentral!

This property is six minutes away from Napoli Central in a somewhat sketchy neighbourhood. It is incredibly noisy outside the property. Once you get inside the property, it’s a complete 180. The property is an absolute gem. The room had a coffee machine although I couldn’t get mine to work on day two and three of my stay. The TV was perfect for my seven year old. The bed/comforter was comfortable. Plugs near the bed which was a plus. There’s ample storage option and a mini fridge. Croissants, cracker toast, jam and Nutella was served in your room for morning breakfast. I was also given two water bottles and a peach tea beverage every day. The room was incredibly clean. The cleanest out of the six properties I stayed at in Italy. The best part about this apartment was the bathroom/shower. Lots of space. Blow dryer was strong. Touch lighting on the mirror. Two shower head options. It honestly felt like a spa room. My dislike was that it was hard to move around in our room because the bed area was smaller and our bed was on a weird angle. Other rooms could be different. The front desk is limited to the hours of 10am - 2pm so if you have issues/questions outside of those hours, it could be more difficult to get a hold of someone. Overall, I would stay here again because of its close proximity to the station, supermarket, dining options and the AMAZING bathroom.

We spent $150 to stay for 14 minutes at this miserable property. I knew from the reviews that the neighborhood was sketchy, but we were fine with that. The problem was that the industrial disinfectant they used to clean the rooms was like walking into Chernobyl during the meltdown. When we brought it up to the property managers, they were very nice until we asked for our money back, at which point they said that we should have notified them that we had allergies. I don’t have allergies. I didn’t realize you had to tell someone that you had an adverse reaction to napalm and DDT and whatever else they were using to hide whatever can’t be taken care of by normal cleaning products. I hope the $150 we wasted helps you to avoid a similarly dismal fate. You’re welcome.

Dear guest, what you wrote seems absurd to me. Chernobyl? Seriously? All the products we use are classic scented products that are on the market and that everyone uses! You asked me for a refund, but why should I refund you? for a room that is too clean and fragrant? And what are you implying by “hiding everything that can't be eliminated by normal cleaning products”? what should we have hidden? As the owner I also came to check the room after you left and there was absolutely no excessive smell, no reason to leave the room and most of all no reason for this review! You simply found a clean, tidy and fragrant room, maybe you're not used to it I should think.It is the first time that a similar situation has happened to us, no guest has ever complained about the smell of the room and no one has ever been so rude in a review, fortunately I might add! Have a good life,Famalu Apartments.

The interior is modern and in mint condition. Great customer communication and service. Minutes walk from the central train station. The neighborhood is average but the apartment itself is very secure.

Nice to have extra seating area. Good size grocery shop next door. Handy washing machine. Very comfy double bed. Lovely extras of breakfast bits and a traditional Easter gift as well. Most of all, great, helpful communication with the owners. Definitely would use again.

You can hear the streets quite clearly but that is because the apartment is directly located in the centre. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing was the shower, it can be tricky to handle, however the owners are responsive if you have issues.

The best place to stay in Napoli!
Loved this place! One of my favorites during my month long trip traveling Italy. The neighborhood and traffic were loud but I closed the windows played music and enjoyed the comfort and amenities. Kitchen and bedroom were perfect. The people who ran the place were the best part! Would absolutely stay here again!

El apartamento estaba bastante bien. Lo único que para el check-in, aún a pesar de preguntarnos la hora de llegada y que era dentro el horario, finalmente nadie nos dijeron que no lo chiéramos on-line, no había nadie en la recepción. A la salida otro tanto, si bien nos dijeron que podíamos dejar las maletas en recepción.

Det var umuligt at sove grundet utrolig meget trafik larm og dytten fra gaden, selv med vinduerne helt lukket. Derudover var vægge og døre papirstynde og du kunne høre andre gæster tale højt og smække med døre. At skrive der er morgenmad er en joke for det var en bakke der stod på værelset med tørre kiks og nogle andre småting.

We did a two-week EU vacation and this was our last stop. We have been staying in hotels until our two nights here at the Famalu Apartments. Our train came in a little late but our host was very nice to wait for us to arrive so that we could check in. Although The entrance was a little hard to find, It was easy to access the building and apartment via key code. Overall staying here was a nice change in pace for us. We had a chance to really see what it was like actually to live in an apartment in Italy. The apartment was very clean and modern. After walking around Naples, we were able to stay in, relax, and cook ourselves some dinner. This apartment had everything we needed to feel at home The city area in Naples wasn't the best, but staying in this apartment was very pleasurable.

Apartment is lovely, in great condition, well equipped and awesome size as well. Area not so tourist-friendly, especially at night. Building and the apartment itself seem very safe though. A bit inconvenient in regards to public transport, but the street to the train station is walkable. Very close to the airport as well.

Excellent place with great location, room was super clean and the reception lady Marilu was very responsive, helped us with all our questions and recommended us with food places and places to visit, also booked a taxi for our early morning flight at 4am. I highly recommend this place, it is just 5 mins walk from Napoli train station and super close to buses, tram and metro. The only thing I would like to share is that the shower was very small, everything else was 10/10.

The location of the hotel was not good. The area didn’t feel safe at all. The room was so noisy so we couldn’t sleep as we heard heavy traffic from outside the window. The breakfast was not nice as it was no fresh products at all. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
