Thanks for the feedback, Robert. Naracoorte Holiday Park has been operating for a while now so some of the cabins and facilities could use a refurb. This has been on our wish list since taking over and we hope you continue to stay with us over the coming years to see the changes as we make them!

Hi Tom, I had some great chats with you and i am sad to get such a low review. We are so glad that you enjoyed playing all of the games and activities in the park, not to mention the swimming lake. We love supplying free activities for the kids and just ask that families set out the games as they found them. Unfortunately summer does tend to bring out the spiders. We tried to fix the shower head as soon as you told us, but it was a Sunday and the hardware shop was not open. It was still usable.

Hi Sally, I am really disappointed in your review for a number of reasons. You tried to cancel at last minute and arrived unannounced anyway. Thankfully your cabin was still available. You told me on check in that it were 3 adults staying for one night and then the 2 that were booked and paid for will stay for the rest of the booking. We noticed the following day that there was a small scooter outside the cabin, that prompted us to knock on the door to find your son was also staying for the duration of the stay. (He had already stayed one night without checking him in). We found this to be quite dishonest, but politely asked you to come down and sort it out with us. We also asked if you not to hang our bath towels outside because the towels can get stained and offered to replace them for clean ones - this conversation had nothing to do with the scooter. We tried really hard to accommodate you and your family. Including discounted mini-golf, lots of extra time on the Go-Karts, offered to replace towels, replaced supplies when requested and a late check out. I am sorry you felt you had difficulties dealing with us. I thought that we had a great rapport when you checked in. Had you and your family communicated honestly and pleasantly from the beginning we wouldn't have had the situation arise.
