A wonderful experience in Franklin! Perfect rental for our family of six. Every need was considered & perfectly executed by the host. Excellent location for easy travel to downtown, Westhaven area, Cool Springs, & Leipers Fork. Highly recommend!

Girls Trip

The house is a DUPLEX. You do not have the whole place as pictured. There's a common entrance and then separate doors. The location is great and safe. Close to Franklin. The house has a musty smell when you step in and towels are scares. Other than that it was a great place and well put together. We never had people staying next door, but this could be a problem if they were noisy.

Location location location!

This place is perfectly located for our 4th of July weekend. We were a short walk to food and shopping as well as right across the street from an awesome fireworks show. The host was great, excellent communication and the place was clean with everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Super cute place and location!!

Several family members traveled for a wedding in the Franklin area and stayed in the same area as the farmhouse in the condos offered by the same rental company. It was great having us all in the same location but private spaces. The location to town was great and the house was everything we needed!

Perfect Spot in Franklin

Such a cute home and a great location walking distance from the Franklin Factory and 20min walk to downtown Franklin. Perfect spot for our girls weekend. While it is on a main road it is far back enough where you don’t hear traffic and also super close to a community park area with great running and walking trails

Beautiful home (unit) in Franklin

My family of 5 with kids ages 11, 14 and 16 stayed at this property. It is a beautiful property and close to both The Factory and downtown. It is across from a huge park that used to be a horse farm. The home is beautiful. It is new, clean and well appointed. The only problem was that the property is not your own private space. This is a duplex unit. This is not clearly represented in the listing. The other unit isn’t currently listed on VRBO but on another vacation website. This made me feel this was intentional. Whether it was, I don’t know but I was not happy when I found out this was shared space. Upon entry to the front door, the home splits into 2 units. We didn’t have much of a problem with the other family staying there but it was awkward when you went to sit on the porch and other people were out there. Noise from the other unit was minimal but we felt we had to keep our voices low to keep from disturbing the other family. I wouldn’t have rented if I knew I was sharing space. This would be a good rental for 2 families traveling together to have separate space but still be together.

Amazing property

We were in Franklin for a family wedding. The house was perfect! We were close to Nashville, the wedding in Franklin and the reception in Arrington❤️. New turn key property made our stay very comfortable.

The perfect place for a long stay.

We stayed for three weeks with our two little ones. It was a perfect property for this length of stay. We had more than enough space and all the comforts of home. You can’t beat the location. Literally, it’s easy to get to Nashville and Brentwood. Cool Spings is a few minutes away. We didn’t want for anything. Loved it!

Beautiful property, well appointed, comfortable, quiet and convenient location.

Enjoyed a “girls” time away in a beautiful home. This would be wonderful place as well for families or friends wanting to get away. Great location to “go wandering” ie; downtown Franklin, Brentwood or Nashville!!
