Very happy with this hotel!. Staff were efficient. Rooms were excellent. Kids loved the indoor pool. This will definitely be on our visit again list.

It was noisy! People beside us thought they were coming through the wall. People upstairs jumping thought they were coming thru the ceiling. The heat/air condition unit was loud. Sink in bathroom drained very slowly.

We were happy to find and stay at this hotel. We were traveling through Nashville where all the properties are so expensive. This hotel was right off I65, quiet, safe, friendly, super clean and reasonably priced while being just north of Nashville. It had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. We will stop here again when traveling through the area.

I got an additional charge of $75 after I already paid for my stay. I called the hotel manager, who was no help and was adamant that I owed more. Terrible customer service. Minimal breakfast. I do not recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. This was our third stay and we'll stay again. The only complaints were the room smelled very strongly of either cleaning products or bug spray, but ended up buying air freshener. Also, the toilet bowl refill was a trickle of water and I mean a trickle. Took some time to refill. I did let them know of both when we checked out.

Good place to stay
Hotel was extremely clean. The lobby, the hallway, the room...all were spotless. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean and there was a nice selection of hot and cold items. The only issue we had was nothing the Hotel has any control over...Google Maps could not find the hotel. We drove around the exit and were able to see it after a few minutes

The breakfast buffet was scary. The sausage in the serving tray had something slimy on it and it did not look appropriate to eat.

Only probrem we had was we stayed there because it was close to grandchildren and they have indoor pool which when we took them swimming was told they weren't allowed to swim because they were visiters.

Very poor management
Was trying to be polite and make management aware that there was a stain on the corner of the pillow case and the corner of the bed that looked like an old bed stain. The manager said that he and his wife cleaned that room and that it wasn’t there before and I said well yes it was. Manager very unprofessional and even proceeded to follow me out to my car to keep saying that it wasn’t there before we stayed in the room, i kept my cool and said well it was, you must have missed it, I wasn’t wanting anything from him, was just trying to make him aware that it was there. Won’t ever stay there again, my fault, should have stayed at the holiday inn express next door.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the counter Monday morning when we checked out at 4:00am was especially kind. We will definitely stay here the next time were in Whitehouse!

My husband and stepson raved about how clean and nice everything was. My husband has a bad back and slept well. He said the bed was great. They also said they really enjoyed the hot breakfast.

It was fine
We went here because of the superb rating. It was fine. The bed was just so-so. The pillows were just ok. The clerk was fine but not great. In this day and age I guess fine will do. It met our need of a place to sleep but the a/c unit was noisy, which would have interrupted my sleep if it weren’t for my white noise app. A bottle of water or two in the room would be nice, too.
