I'm now notifying our team about the smoke detector and alarm clock as well. Unfortunately, as the booking was a non-refundable pre-paid 3rd party reservation, we can't offer a refund of any kind, but if you make a direct booking with us next time, we'll make sure to take a good portion off for you and ensure that you have a more seamless stay experience.
