Dans le quartier de Centre-ville de Nashville, cet immeuble se trouve à quelques pas de Riverfront Park (parc) et Broadway. Ryman Auditorium et Bridgestone Arena (salle de sports) se trouvent également à moins de 10 minutes de là. Gare de Nashville Riverfront n'est qu'à 1 minutes à pied.

Great location

The check in process was a debacle! They wanted a photo of my license, it has a hologram on it so i couldn't get a good picture of it that they would accept. They refused to call me. Finally got that handled, then we couldn't check in till 4:00 pm. The 2nd night a guy was yelling for hours in the middle of the night cuz he was locked out, when he finally got in, he and a woman were carrying on a loud conversation in the hall like it was 3 in the afternoon!

Perfect Location

Location was perfect. Close enough to the strip to stop in often, as needed. Apartment doesn’t have windows, so be careful to set alarms after a late night - It’s definitely comfy enough to sleep in longer than you want. I had some email issues receiving updates, but host was very responsive through text to provide information. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

Came in for a concert, quick overnight trip and just needed a place to lay our heads at night. The location was perfect. Very close to all the downtown activities and an easy walk to most attractions. Unbelievable that is was so quiet in our room being located next to a very popular bar. This is just the basics, nothing fancy. We felt very safe. Be aware there is no window in this unit. We would come back and maybe rent one of the upper units with windows and stay longer. All in all worth the price.

Ideal location without breaking the bank

The property was just a block away from all the excitement on Broadway, making it the perfect location for enjoying the strip. The room was easy to access with a parking garage about a block down. Parking costs 40 per day, but in total this place is still less expensive than any decent hotel in the vicinity of Broadway. The room was clean, and felt like a hotel room without windows. I would stay here again!

This is a prime location if you wish to explore Broadway! We are local and booked this room to avoid driving afterwards. It was super convenient to everything. Staying there again for sure! 10/10!!

Location Is Everything

Perfect location if your plan is to hit Broadway. 2nd Ave was completely shut down due to restoration but it honestly wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all. We parked at the SP+ parking lot on 2nd and Commerce and it was a very brief walk to the big blue door of the Nashville Riverfront Lofts. The room is small and there are no windows but you’re booking this spot for price and location, not luxury. Room was clean and access was easy. Take a left when you exit the building, take 30 steps and you’re right in front of Whiskey River Bar and ACME. Would book again.

In the middle of it all

This unit was AS advertised. Very secure, clean, modern and perfectly located to everything the Nashville nightlife has to offer. You can easily walk to every bar and restaurant up and down Broadway. Parking in the recommended structure was a breeze and super close to where you stay. Book your parking online in advance and save yourself time and money. Considering its proximity to all of the bars and live music, it was very quiet in our room. Definitely recommend staying here.

This has to be the best location for a VRBO in town! Right off of Broadway! Cozy loft. All the necessities. Perfect for a couple or a group of guys or girls!

Nashville Concert Trip

Nice place located near everything downtown. This is a party town so you should expect that the music goes late into the night. However this place was pretty quiet once inside the room. A bar is located right next door so you can hear the music but it is not annoying at all.

Great location!

This condo was super cute and very clean! The location was perfect and it was very easy to communicate with the owner/manager. The only thing we wished we had was one extra mirror in the condo. Other than that, it was perfect for 4 of us gals!

Just right!

Located in a great spot. Place was well kept and comfortable. We would recommend to our friends! Parking at Commerce garage got us for $40 when we pulled in at 3 PM and took car the next day at 8 AM. Later that day we used a garage near Molly and third a few blocks the other way and 2 night left it and was only $24! So Many places to eat and drink can be hard to decide what to do!

Incredible Stay in a Perfect Location

Visiting Nashville over Memorial Day weekend with my wife, brother and sister-in-law. All the hotels near Broadway were EXTREMELY expensive, so we decided to stay here so we could be centrally located where all the action is as well as save on the cost of a hotel. We were a little concerned with the size going into it, but it worked PERFECT for the 4 of us. The sleeper sofa is really comfortable, it's in a great location about 4 steps from Broadway st. and Brittainy, the manager was always quick to respond to our messages and gave us a lot of great ideas to help us maximize our trip. Will DEFINITELY be booking again the next time we go to visit!

Great location! The owner was very accomodating and ensured we had everything we needed.

The apartment was clean and updated. Owner was easily reached and very accommodating. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Great location, easy walking distance to many attractions.

Very nice, clean, and close to everything.

The condo was amazingly beautiful. Nicely decorated and hidden among a few local bars on second St, however no noise from them at all. EVERYTHING nightlife was within walking distance as is the bridge to Nissan Stadium. I wasn't crazy about parking a block away in a parking garage and paying an extra $45 bucks ontop of the condo rental, but that's one downside to being so close to Broadway, and it sure beat hanging in traffic to get anywhere. Brittany made it super easy for us and was so sweet and was always a phone call away. I will definitely stay again but may park at my mom's in smyrna and uber. Your car is useless there.

Great Location!!!

Very nice and clean loft apartment. Brittainy (the property manager) was awesome to work with. She was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns I had. Surprised that It was so quite inside loft, even though there was a bar next door. I plan on renting again in the future.
