Très bon emplacement hors de Downtown
Séjour de 4 nuits au Alexis Inn hôtel qui s'est très bien passé. C'était la seconde fois que nous y venions. La chambre était propre, literie confortable. Et chambre faite tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec des fruits et des laitages : bien pour le prix payé. Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour aller au music city Valley et à l'Opry: moins de 10mn de voiture. Il y a une navette qui passe a l'hôtel toutes les heures et vous amène Downtown sur Broadway pour 10 dollars par personne aller retour: c'est une excellente chose car il est très compliqué de se garer dans Nashville : quasiment tous les parkings demandent un paiement par le téléphone : nous voulions payer ainsi mais les numéros de téléphone français n'étaient pas acceptés ( uniquement américains et canadiens) et il n'y a pas de caisses pour payer. Nous avons trouvé un ou 2 parkings ou nous pouvions payer mais autour de 50 dollars. Donc la navette est une excellente initiative. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans réserve.

Nous avons été deux jours à Nashville avec nos enfants. L’emplacement de l’hôtel par rapport au centre ville est bien, nous ne voulions pas être en plein centre ville. L’hôtel de l’extérieur semble mal entretenu, le lobby est beau. Le déjeuner est excellent et un plus. La chambre par contre avait une horreur tres forte et insupportable. Elle était tres sale, pipi, poil autour de la toilette, Lit souillé, Étiquette de magasin et papier sous le sofa ainsi que comptoir collant. Les poubelles étaient pleines. La chambre étais si humide que nos draps semblaient mouillé! J’ai averti la réception, ils nous ont dit quils allaient nettoyer profondément durant la journée et quand nous sommes revenu seulement les lits étaient fait et poubelle vidé… le reste était toujours sale.

The layout of the room was inconvenient . The sink was outside the bathroom. The bath room tub did not drain. I took a shower with water at my ankles. I did like the kitchen area.

Hard to get out to the highway to turn left during rush hour without a traffic signal. Staff at the front desk were phenomenal!! My main concern was the lack of quiet on the floor late at night. It might not have been too bad if our room actually had privacy. I could literally slide my entire hand under my room door into the hallway.

This was a short but good stay at a reasonably priced but nicely appointed hotel. It was a quick 10-12 minute drive to downtown at reasonable times of the day, but far enough away from downtown to be a desirable place to stay, especially given the reasonable rates. Recommend!

Our flight got delayed and we were very late getting to the hotel, I had talked to someone at the desk to let her know we would be late and she was very friendly. We had a great experience at this hotel overall, it was clean and accommodating with friendly staff. A nice hot breakfast in the morning.

Found a cockroach in the bedroom and when looking at the bedsheets/ mattress protector there were numerous tiny red blood stains. Indicative of bed bugs. I didn’t see any physical bed bugs. But those sheets very clearly had bed bug stains. Will not stay again. And was advised that I may not get a refund. I left the hotel without staying the night. I did photograph the roach.

For the purposes of a place to sleep, it works. Clean sheets, staff was friendly. Room, beds and building are basic. There was a fair amount of road noise coming in from the highway near by. Try to get a room that doesn't face that or you might want to plan on earplugs if a passing motorcycle or something is enough to disturb you.

I know that it has been rainy this season, however, the entire hotel, elevator, hallways, and especially our room smelled very damp. The place needs a dehumidifier or fans blowing at the carpet to dry out both the carpet and padding underneath. Our room smelled like, a locker room had a public pool…very damp. Almost like mildew. We brought it to the front desk attention but nothing was ever done. Perhaps the smell will go away when it dries out, but this really marred are stay. The breakfast was great.

Let me say when the girl working finally came to the desk to check us in she was nice, but we had to wait for 5 minutes for her to come out of the back room. Then the room had a tub cover that had about a 4" gap from the floor that was not noticeable and I cut my foot on it. The mattress was hard and was massively slanted so our feet were above our heads by about 3", with one side being lower than the other. The outside of the property looks nice, but don't let the looks deceive you. Also, there were people driving a loud truck blaring their music that kept driving through the parking lot. Breakfast was okay, but everything was dried out.

The rooms are on the smaller size for hotel rooms and the bathroom was a little tight. However, the property was very clean and seemed recently updated. There was a full surface level parking lot, which is hard to find in Nashville. It was a 15 minute Uber to Broadway, which is a perfect location for us. Overall, very pleased with this stay!

Regular hotel, more dirty than normal. Beding and toiletries (towels, wash cloths) kind of stained.Loose hair all around. The biggest deal for me was towels. I booked a room with 4 people and they would only leave 2 each day. Most front desk attendees were great about it, one flat out refused "house keeping is not here so theres nothing i can do". I found that quite ridiculous

Rooms were small. No fan in the bathroom (at least ours did not work). For the three days we stayed, the hot food were biscuits and gravy for every breakfast. A little change up would have been nice. Other than that, everything was ok.

The main areas (bed, bathroom, etc.) were clean but things like baseboards could use some work. The fan and heating/AC were quite loud. You could hear the noises of outside quite well. Otherwise, it was comfortable enough and decent value. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly. Location is pretty good.

Well I have never been so upset at a property that rents rooms at a good rate first expedia and this property do not give valuable informatuon important , important info pleaae for the sake of your head psyc be sure to have 50.00 deposit to complete your chances of getting what you reserved manager and Epedia made my life very horrible on the 22nd of April I booked my room wi a virtual debit card tth day orthe before my vacation was to start My nightmare becan at approx 8:30 pm on the 21st of April 2024. I explained the reservation iteneary to the clerk she then turned my world a horror when I was told that my reservation was required to pay a 50.00 deposit in case of damages to the room.I do understand the 50.00 extra for damage s but neither the expedia website and or the booking page with the infor this description,on the booking details big and clear so you don't miss tlis important fee when deciding for this Inn And also it was very small print about the deposit must be nade on the card used to reserve the room. I would like to tell everyone the rmotel was place I would nevwr want to deal with in my worst nitemare, the desk clerk was a horrible person and sowed no concern that I had no safe place to stay for 2 nights I paid the websites secure payment processing the desk clerk on duty was not at all concerned for me or my saftey as a paid guest of this motel these heartless people need to be able to communicate in stressful situations, for their guests.

Facility was clean, beds were comfortable, rooms was clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only complaint that i have is there were no blackout curtains so the lights from the parking lot where shining right is our face all night

This hotel had great ratings on Expedia but that wasn’t my experience. Checking in at 1130pm, the staff wasn’t rude but was far from pleasant. She made a few comments that were questionable and that started my experience. I booked a king bed and received two doubles. The room had an overwhelming smell of musk and dampness. The carpets had not been vacuumed. Spots on the walls, tables, ceiling and the sheets so wrinkled it looked like someone else slept in both beds. The bathroom floors were sticky. When I requested a different room I was told they were booked. This was a different woman who seemed annoyed at my request. Overall, I booked a room that I didn’t receive. The place smelled horrible and inside has not been renovated. The only extra star is for the lady who said good morning and was quite pleasant upon checking out.
