« Personnel très accueillant. Bien équipé et confortable. Très bien situé près de l’aéroport et du NEC pour les événements. Dans un centre commercial donc plusieurs activités, restaurants et shopping disponibles. Salle de sport très bien équipée, l’une des meilleures que nous ayons faites »

« Hôtel à 80 m d'une entrée au NEC, on ne peut plus proche. Grand choix de restaurants à proximité et ils sont très bons . Wi-Fi, la chambre et la literie parfait. Petit déjeuner, un grand choix. Concept de cette chaîne d'hôtel moderne , design et confortable. Pas de coffre dans la chambre. J'y retournerai pour mon prochain salon au NEC. »

« Bed and breakfast super bien situé si on est en voiture et qu'on arrive ou repart de birmingham. Nous avons adoré l'accueil et la chambre familiale. Solide petit déjeuner servi dans un salon commun. »

« Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! »

« Room was clean, not too far from the airport or city center. Don't trust the cab company they have at the front desk tho. Was overcharged and taken for a much longer ride than necessary while being lectured on politics by the driver. Stick to Uber instead! »

« The room was spotless; the staff, as always, were lovely. Travelled with our dog this time and he enjoyed it too! Very dog friendly. This time we ate in the restaurant upstairs and had breakfast, both meals were good. »
