The room was fine, but the hotel was basically unmanned. We had to speak to the staff via an intercom system which they were able to let us in to the lobby. We travelled a fair bit that day and looked forward to a good meal, but the premises looked like a ghost town. No staff, doors opened randomly to different rooms other than suites, and the restaurant and bar were permanently closed. Expedia did not mention this and I’m assuming that the hotel did not advise Expedia of this. The parking lot was almost empty and we say perhaps two other people which I’m not sure if they were guests or not. Really disappointed, especially after a long day to have to drive to a town to get take out fast food.
