Arrived Sunday to green pool water and recliner that did not recline. Sent message to host immediately (who has not yet responded 4 days later). Also sent message and called Scenic Stays. Was told someone would get in touch with property manager and pool tech. Never heard back from them. Evidently pool tech came Monday morning before 6:30am when we woke up because the Polaris was working and the area smelled of chlorine and chemicals. I again messaged Scenic Stays to ask how long we would have to wait to swim-no response until later in the day when I received email offering 50% refund for any days we were unable to use the pool-so far that was Sunday and Monday. I responded that I needed to speak to someone and not thru text and email. Finally received call from property manager on Monday afternoon saying pool tech came Monday morning and she agreed that he would come back on Tuesday morning to see if water was clear enough to use the pool. She said I would be refunded 50% for at least Sunday and Monday and after pool tech came on Tuesday morning they would decide whether or not to include more days. On Tuesday the pool had cleared up enough that it was not green, just cloudy so I again messaged Scenic Stays letting them know we would be using the pool on Tuesday-as far as I know he did not. Recliner issue was never addressed.
