  • Santo Concept Luxury Villas was created to meet all your needs during your summer vacation.
    Four years ago three brothers had the idea to create an accommodation in which the visitor feels at home and at the same time has direct contact with nature to enjoy the tranquility and luxury!
    The idea was implemented keeping the Greek traditional hospitality and in lining of the Cycladic style!
    The space
    Entering the ground floor of the villa you face the living room together with the kitchen decorated with retro details, there is a sofa which can accommodate a person up to 12 years old, going inside we find a bedroom which accommodates 2 people and a bathroom! Going upstairs there is another bedroom and a bathroom that can accommodate 2 more people! In addition there is a large terrace on the ground floor where one can enjoy one’s meal, and another terrace on the first floor with unrestricted sea views and hot tub!

    The outdoor jacuzzi offers spectural views to Agia Anna, Plaka beach and moments of serenity and relaxation.

Fantastic location and property

We had a great stay at Santo concepts. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen is a little under stocked and there is no laundry machines, but the host will do your laundry for you free of charge, and was helpful in supplying more equipment upon request.Everything else is just as stated, the small pool was great for our toddler and the hot tub was great for cooler evenings. The garden and yard area is beautiful and the location is perfect.

Perfect villa for a relaxing holiday

The villa was cozy and well appointed with incredible views of sunset and sunrise, especially from the balcony hot tub. Very clean and new , the pool was cleaned daily by hosts. The walk to nearest village was our favorite, about 10 min to the nearest beach, small shops and wonderful restaurants . We had such a nice stay . Very relaxing and the hosts were excellent. Would book again for sure!

Villa was super was clean and lovely. Kitchen could use a toaster and a few more supplies. Loved the towels and bedding, great quality. Air conditioning in each room and worked well. The house cleaner was amazing. Recommend you rent a car to drive to beach and dining, which is a 5 min drive away. Check in was amazing and Stelio’s mother made us excellent homemade baking, stocked us with wine, water and fruit as well. Beautiful villas!

Amazing Accomodations on Naxos

This property is beautiful. It was so clean and well taken care of our family loved it. It was a great size for our family of five and I loved that we didn't have to share a bathroom with the kids!The villa is a 12 minute walk to the beach on mostly dirt roads. The area is all luxury villas and farms. Be careful if you're not going during the busy season, not a lot is open and you are a bit remote. I highly suggest renting a car, there is parking on the villa's property.The biggest issue I had was that the listing says there is a washer and dryer...there is not. BUT they do offer to do your laundry for free, I just would have preferred to do it myself and was specifically looking for a place with a washer.All in all we would definitely stay here again!

The villa was described as having a swimming pool, however we arrived to a very dirty foot spa. It was very small and came up to your shins. There were 4 adults but only two sun beds and a fly infestation that meant you couldn’t use outside without a fly splat in your hand.It was described a being a 3 min walk from beach but is easily a 15 min walk.There is not enough space in the property for four adults to eat, a coffee table and a bench for 3, all very cramped. There is no washer dryer but the owner offers to do washing for free. The positives are:It’s very clean, clean towels and beds made daily.The beds are comfortable and showers fantastic - with products left for you.The owners leave fruit and wine an amazing touch.The owners are very responsive with their contactThe balcony with hot tub offers amazing sunset views.

Charming Villa in Agia Anna

We enjoyed our stay as a family of four in this charming little villa in Agia Anna. It was very clean with well thought out design and good use of space. We loved the private and quiet location and the nearby beaches were gorgeous.We especially loved dining at Ostria and Taverna Sto Kyma - both on the beach with free chairs and umbrellas, delicious food, and excellent service. Our host was very helpful and gracious and his mother made us a yummy cake upon arrival. They even did our laundry for us which we appreciated as there is no washer on site. I would recommend a stay for up to 4 people at this little gem. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of touring Naxos each evening. Additionally, the outdoor area with plunge pool and dining area is quite spacious and refreshing. Highly recommend a car rental to easily tour the entire island on your own in a couple of days. This is a little slice of paradise! Thank you, Stelios and family for sharing your property with us. We wish you great success!

The villa didn't meet the description on the fewo web side especially wrt distance to the beaches. Instead of the promised 3min it is a 17min walk (now corrected).As already stated also in other feedbacks, the house is not really suitable for 4 adults:- overall very narrow layout- no space to leave luggage for four- really small kitchen w/o the possibility to store grocery shopping- just a small coffee table inside, no place to sit inside for 4 persons- kitchen not equipped for 4 persons (eg. not enough forks, glasses just to name a few)- only 2 real sunbeds 2 really old and dirty ones- no washing machine as on the web page, but laundry service instead (foc)- to state some positive: very clean, seems to be quite new, onsite cleaning staff supportiveWe canceled our stay upon arrival. Value for money was quite unbalanced from our perspective. For the money we paid, we would have expected real return. Owner with limited interested to resolve the situation.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at a charming two-level villa near Agiana (Agia Anna) in Naxos. The location was fantastic, offering serene surroundings close to the town and its lovely beaches. We especially appreciated how peaceful it was while still being near enough to enjoy the local tavernas and amenities. However, without the buggy we rented, the walk to the town would have been quite long, so having that convenient transport really enhanced our experience and made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, the villa was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our getaway in Naxos.
