« We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and as pictured. Smooth check in process and Eric was very handy with recommendations for places to eat since I have food allergies. This location was easy to get in and out of & the perfect location for all the things we had planned in Omaha as well. Easy process, cute place, good location, and Eric was very kind, easy to get a hold of, and quickly responded to all messaging before, during, and at the end of our stay. « I highly recommend considering the Woolworth Lofts if you plan a trip to Omaha. The Old Market District area is lively and fun, and the Lofts are clean, modern and well-managed. We will look for availability here next time we travel to Omaha. »

« Everything at this location was ad advertised. The host explained everything ingreat detail, including parking options. It did take a while to get the water hot, wax worried we did not have any, but eventually it didget hot. »

« Excellent location. Excellent restaurants nearby and walking distance to most things in downtown. Everything was in good working order and clean/like new. Sometimes the WiFi signal was low but no complaints otherwise. Communication was very responsive and helpful (with WiFi, for example). Plan to stay again when return to Omaha. »

« The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. « The apartment was very cute and well decorated, and had the amenities we were hoping were there. However, parking was atrocious. There were a few times we had to park over half a block away. The host was reasonably responsive when we had an issue with the smoke alarms chirping due to a malfunction, and the issue was fixed as soon as possible once contact was made. Overall a good experience, but probably wouldn't stay at this particular location again. »
