Certains membres du personnel vraiment pas sympathiques, voire mĂȘme agacĂ©s par notre prĂ©sence et/ou nos questions. Peu d’empathie pour les touristes qui ne parlent pas couramment anglais. Travaux de rĂ©novation bruyants qui commençaient Ă  7:30 chaque matin de notre sĂ©jour. CafĂ© instantanĂ© de la chambre payant (aucune mention de ça au prĂ©alable) ainsi que d’autres frais supplĂ©mentaires dont personne n’a voulu nous donner d’explications. Établissement ne mĂ©ritant pas ses 4 Ă©toiles. Par contre, bien situĂ© gĂ©ographiquement pour les activitĂ©s que nous voulions faire, et Ă  10 min de marche du Grand Central Station.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of New York My stay at The Fifth Avenue Hotel was simply outstanding. This establishment perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service. The staff is both highly professional and fully dedicated to guest satisfaction, always courteous and attentive. Their remarkable quality of service truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel is wonderfully located, making it an ideal base for exploring New York with ease. The room was exceptionally well-designed and practical, with an attention to detail that truly makes a difference. As a tourism professional in Paris, I have high standards when it comes to hospitality, and I can confidently say that The Fifth Avenue Hotel is a top-tier choice that I highly recommend. I will definitely be back for my next stay in New York, with great pleasure and absolutely no hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great pool, great location, but not worth the 700 $ a nighr. Rooms were not very clean, nobody explains how do work the elevators.
