We were unable to get in contact with the owners and didn't receive the home access code until 8:35 pm at night, by which time we had decided to find other accommodations. I spent the entire 2 1/2 drive to the beach trying to reach the owners, calling numbers that rang forever, and calling VRBO customer service and trying to send bank screen shots to prove that we made our payment, and an paying extra fee for I'm not even sure what. I was in tears by the time we made it to Lincoln City. Because VRBO was also unable to reach the owners, VRBO offered to refund our hotel stay for the evening.

Beautiful home we had a great time. Really nice to be able to go down to the beach and explore. Don’t forget to check out the hawk Creek Café Caitlin who works there is very friendly! Home is very close and easily accessible to lots of highlights in Oregon would highly recommend!!

My family and I loved this place! The beds/bedding were comfortable, there's plenty of seating, the kitchen is well-stocked, everything was in working order and well kept. The location could not be better--you feel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of locals instead of amongst throngs of tourists. Walking on the beach and hearing the sound of the surf all day--perfection. Would definitely return.

Excellent Place on the Beach

This was an excellent house to stay at! It was right on the beach with beautiful views and very tastefully updated and newer. We stayed here with our family and everyone enjoyed it. The beach access was very close, but there were large boulders as steps. So if you have difficulty walking or going up and downstairs, it may be difficult. The hot tub was excellent! The kids loved it. One of the only complaints we had was with the kitchen. We tend to cook our meals while on vacation to save costs. At times, it was difficult to find what we needed within the kitchen, but overall it had the basics. The beds were great, and again the views were absolutely phenomenal. We definitely stay here again.

Just as pictured!

Absolutely perfect spot. It looked almost too good to be true from the photos, but it was everything we hoped it would be. So close to the ocean! Fire pit and hot tub was lovely and overall the place was clean.

Girls Weekend

Stayed here for a weekend away with the girls. There were 8 of us total, so having queen and king sized beds in all of the rooms was a HUGE bonus! No one had to sleep on bunk beds!We had a great time, the house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, seasonings, and even foil for us to make dinner and breakfast while we were there. It was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Excellent beachfront property

In nearly every respect the stay was excellent. The house has easy access to the beach, a fabulous deck, and huge windows that made even the stormy days fun and interesting. We were able to fit three family units into the rooms comfortably, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes to make food prep and serving easy. The massive couch and gigantic tables were great for relaxing and games. Our only negative issue was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived. We called the help line, and were told someone would call us the next day and come out to fix it. No one ever called or came out. Fortunately, our resident electrician found the necessary connections and got it working by the second day. I was disappointed to miss the first night of hot-tubbing, and the failure to be contacted. A hot-tub is particularly important when it is cold and rainy at the coast, and we used it a lot once we got it working again. Other than that...fabulous place!

Perfect get away

This is a beautiful property on the beach in a quiet little town. The town has one eatery and a market, a golf course, and then all residential. Beautiful flowers, all homes well kept, people out walking. The house has a unique design, but the open dining/kitchen/living areas was perfect for our family reunion. The VRBO/Vacasa staff were on top of everything and made check in and out quick and simple. We are already planning on coming back to this place!

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a property. It appears the owners really listened to prior suggestions related to adding features/amenities to the property. The location and ocean views are spectacular, and the home is more spacious than the pictures show. We would stay here again.

Family coast trip

This house has an amazing location and views over the beach and ocean. Kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and living room are spacious and cozy. Easy path access to the beach is very close in either direction of the house. If you don’t mind rock walking, access is right out the back door. High tide is pretty cool as it comes right up to the rocks behind the house. We were surprised by the cleanliness of the beach right there at Neskowin. Once on the beach, Proposal Rock is a very quick walk away. Great place to stay in this quiet town……(in June) A few basic amenities missing (ex. Facial tissues, coffee) but that is nit picking. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you

Spectacular ocean front!

This house was exactly what we had hoped for! Check in/out was a breeze and plenty of communication. We brought my 89 yo dad to a place that he spent every summer with my mom throughout their marriage. He was able to sit in a comfortable living room or on the deck admiring the ocean for our stay. The views are amazing (and we had blue skies the entire stay!)-and the house is well appointed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels etc. hard pressed to give any feedback other than lack of BBQ (would guess they rust due to ocean air?) and the jets barely worked on hot tub. We will be back-wholly recommend this home.

Perfection!

We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and this home was a dream come true! Everything you could possibly need was available and in the home. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again very soon!

The house while lovely is being abused. Left dirty and in a shabby condition by management. At one time this must have been a "Luxury Home".
