"RĂ©servation faite un mois Ă  l'avance pour recevoir un appel le matin mĂȘme informant qu'il Ă©tait surbookĂ© et que je devais aller Ă  un autre hĂŽtel moins bien notĂ© et sans parking. L'autre hotel m'a dit que je pouvais me garer au parking de l'hotel Best Western et quand je suis arrivĂ©, l'hotel Best Western m'a fait payer 15 euros en me disant : "it is what it is". "
