„It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. „We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat.
