Enjoy a private heated pool, open seasonally from May 20 through October 8, with a retractable safety cover, plenty of lounge seating, poolside basketball, outdoor dining, and room to spread out.
And when the pool season ends, the fun doesn’t have to.

Relax in your private hot tub year-round — perfect for cool fall evenings, winter getaways, or unwinding under the stars after a day exploring New Buffalo.
Add a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining and a spacious fenced backyard, and you may find yourself spending as much time at the house as you do at the beach.

WALK TO DOWNTOWN NEW BUFFALO
One of the best things about Berrien Harbor Pool House is the location.

Leave the car parked. You’re within walking distance of downtown New Buffalo, the public beach, the Amtrak station, Bentwood Tavern and the casino shuttle.

Spend the morning walking into town for coffee and breakfast, head to the beach for the afternoon, grab dinner downtown, and come home to your private pool or hot tub.

And with the Amtrak station within walking distance, getting here from Chicago is incredibly convenient.
ROOM FOR THE WHOLE CREW

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across four bedrooms, (including up to 2 dogs for a few) making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

The main level features:
King primary bedroom with direct access to the pool and patio
Queen bedroom
Bedroom with two extra-long twin beds
Two full bathrooms
Fully stocked kitchen
Two dining areas with seating for up to 10
Comfortable family room with large-screen TV
Upstairs you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a gas fireplace, TV and access to a private screened-in balcony.

YOUR NEW BUFFALO HOME BASE
After a day at Lake Michigan, come home to your own private retreat. Grill dinner outside, gather around the fire pit, let the kids shoot some hoops, take a dip in the pool, or settle into the hot tub as the evening cools down.

Then do it all again tomorrow.

Rental Policies
-All guests are required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
-Maximum parking for four (4) vehicles.
-Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
-A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted with prior approval. Dogs must be 50 pounds or less each.
-No cats or other pets are permitted.
-A non-refundable pet fee of $300 for first dog and $150 for 2nd dog, per stay applies.
-Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage and for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
-No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted on the property.
