« This hotel is excellent. It’s got the charm and sophistication that you would expect from a great boutique hotel and more. We booked two rooms for four guests and it was cozy, clean and the decor was everything we’d been looking for. It’s steps from great food and an awesome bar right on the premises. The gift shop on property is amazing. I spent a lot! It was really hard not to. Enjoy the Holbrook, we will be back many times I am sure. »

« I need to travel to grass Valley for two months for my nursing program. I found this hotel and decided to book it based on the price and was not expecting much because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The unit is very big. When you first walk in, you have a bathroom area to the left and then a fridge and microwave on the right and then you walk down a few stairs into the actual room which is a very large space. It doesn’t come with a lot of extras, but it was definitely worth the price...

« Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. There are two areas to sit outside as well under parasols. The inn is minutes from the town. I would stay...
