Nos appartements pour week-ends à louer à New Carrollton

« Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay. »

« Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay. »

« Communication was excellent and place was just as pictured and so cozy! We wish we could’ve had more time there than one night. »

« Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC! »

« Beautifully decorated and comfy furniture. You can cook and serve a full meal. Extra paper goods in closet - read signs on doors! Bathroom spacious and clean! »

« The apartment was clean, functional and within walking distance of the metro. Juan, the host, was a gem, offering us an abundance of very good suggestions for visiting both DC and the area he is located in. Thanks Juan - much appreciated. »

« Great location and amenities. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Mignon petit appartement très calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec de magnifiques maisons (il faut se promener autour). L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir National Mall (à quelques stations de métro) Idéal pour un couple en voyage pour quelques jours. Les propriétaires sont discrets (ils habitent en haut) et répondent rapidement. Nous étions avec nos enfants (8 et 11 ans) qui dormaient dans le divan-lit juste à côté du lit. Ce dernier est un peu bruyant (quand les enfants bougent)....

« My husband and I enjoyed the stay for the time that we spent in the room. The only issue we had was the ice machine didnt work and not being familiar with the area we didnt want to venture out to find any. »

« The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here! »

« Matthew was really great as a host. He tried to help with the issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to replace sofa with the proper dinning table. There is no place where to sit, other than the small sofa. I rented this place to have at least sit down breakfast together with my family. Also, I would replace full bed in the bedroom for two twins and have at least one night table with the proper light. The property is listing garden- in reality there is none, if two cars are parked there. I...

« Excellent apartment, love it!! It’s very spacious with everything you may need. Location is fabulous and even a supermarket at the bottom. Definitely coming back to this place. »

« The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience. »
