  • Lake, beach, clubhouse, basketball, tennis, marina and playground all within a 5 minute walk. Located in Candlewood Isle, welcome to our centrally-located dog-friendly 2,185 sq ft lake home.

    3 bedrooms sleeping 6, central a/c and recently updated. Watch the sunset from the yard and bbq on the grill. Kitchen is well stocked with a spacious table for entertaining. Enjoy 2 separate work spaces, kids loft area with a foosball table, and lake access.

    A dock and or golf cart can be arranged for an additional fee.

    ~THE SPACE~
    A 5 minute walk from the clubhouse, you will find this cabin has all the modern amenities.

    First Floor: Includes a family room with a smart TV including Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. Family room also includes 2 sitting areas. There is an open office space with lake views for writing or working. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a spacious table for 8 people. Outside the kitchen door you will find a propane grill. Down the hall is a full bath with a shower. Up two steps, there is a queen bedroom with a smart TV and walk-in closet.

    Second Floor: Includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a dedicated work area. The master has a separate a/c unit. The second bedroom includes 2 stackable twin beds which unstack to create 4 twin beds. The loft area has a sofa bed, foosball table and a PlayStation 4 hooked up to a smart TV. There is a full bath with a bathtub.

    A short walk to the clubhouse beach, volleyball, basketball, docks, and tennis court. Lifeguard on duty during daytime.

Beautiful home and location

We loved our relaxing weekend on the lake. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family and dog. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Gotta get away!

Got our SHU freshman out of the dorms for a few days. Great stay, wonderful house and neighborhood. Beds and couch comfy, kitchen well supplied and wonderful local restaurants.

Everything was wonderful. The property was very nice for a family Christmas gathering. We had three generations ranging from 14 months to early 70s. Shannon was an excellent hostess and worked hard to ensure our stay met our expectations

We had a great time at the cabin on Candlewood Isle! The home was spotless, check in was super easy, and the golf cart add on was a blast! The neighborhood offers many amenities and we found the neighbors friendly and welcoming. The view from the house was amazing and relaxing! My kids loved the house's foozball table and my son got his first taste of video games using the house gaming system which he can't stop taking about! We would love to plan a trip and order better weather for next time!

House on the Hill

We had an amazing week staying at 9 Ridge rd. The house was perfect and relaxing. The lake view was beautiful. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We rented the golf cart and had a blast. The people in the complex could not be friendlier. We would stay here again and wished we were still there. LOVED every minute.
