« Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you! »

« The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. Because other people have allergies to dogs. I explained to her this breed of dog does not shed. She told me I should have called her in advance to notify her of having a dog....

« This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back! »

« The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again! »

« I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation.
