« Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. »

« The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed frame in the apt was broken and we temporarily fixed it because it was late. The host immediately offered to have us switch to a similar unit in the building but because it was late, we chose to stay. The next morning, however, there was no hot water in the unit so we switched to the other one. Hot water was still an issue in the new one--it never got above luke-warm.
