„Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately. „We usually stay closer to Charlestown RI but booked too late & thankfully found this gem only miles away. The home is immaculate, appointed with the most comfortable beds & generous towels, beach gear (including towels & picnic baskets) & many helpful “in case you forgot” items. Wow - 3.5 baths in a 1800’s home?! We enjoyed the fire pit & outdoor space too! The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help.
