Hôtel près de New Malden Leisure Centre, Londres, Londres

« Pas assez de choix de sucré »

« Lighting in room terrible. No shoe horn. Electric sockets everywhere but no place to use hairstyler standing in front of a mirror with sufficient light. Kettle /tea tray inside of very dark armoire with no plug. Had to take the whole thing out to use. Hair dryer in dark armoire in dark bag; couldn’t find it the first day! Muzak in dining area way too loud and inappropriate. Only one hot beverage machine in dining area at breakfast time resulting in long lines. Breakfast options on the lower...

« Chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant et serviable! »

« Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor, »

« Excellant location for what we wanted, perfect. No complaints, it was clean comfortable and good size room. »

« Tout est parfait, juste à côté du château pour le festival. Merveilleux »

« Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you »

« Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us. »

« This was everything we needed. Good pub. Good food. Great staff. Perfect location for us. We will be back »

« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »

« The hotel is looking a bit jaded and tired. Even the newer rooms. The new bar is very nicely decorated. However the hotel seems to have a lot of weddings and parties - there were 2 one evening and a wedding the next which makes for lots of people, loud music, a full car park, unhappy guests with young children who could not sleep. »

« Services excellents merci »

« Ras ok »

« Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends. »

« Excellent hotel and very nice staff. I will come back with pleasure »
