With the city skyline as a backdrop, this is a place to settle in between days spent exploring Downtown - whether you're here for a festival, a work trip, or simply soaking up the city at a slower pace as the cooler autumn evenings set in.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms are available: one with a king bed, one with a queen, each dressed in cotton linen for a comfortable night's rest. A wardrobe and chest of drawers in each room keep clothing organized and out of the way, and an iron and clothes drying rack are on hand for anything that needs freshening up. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable regardless of the season.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fitted with a Bosch refrigerator, Bosch electric cooker, Bosch single oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a filter coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine for your morning routine. Cooking basics, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, a kettle, and coffee are all provided, so putting together a meal or settling in with a hot drink takes little effort.

Living area & entertainment
The living room centers on a 45-inch HDTV with Roku, with an ethernet connection on hand for anyone who needs a more reliable line for work or streaming. Board games are available for a quiet evening in. A dedicated workspace in the common space, paired with wifi, makes it simple to get a few hours of work done before heading back out to explore.

Convenience & amenities
A washer and dryer are included in the unit, along with essentials like towels, bed sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer. Traveling with a baby or toddler? A travel cot and a folding high chair with food tray are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided. The building offers a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, a lift, and free parking on premises (1 space). Cleaning is available during your stay, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
