Had an amazing time staying here for a bachelor party. This is the perfect place to bring a large group of friends for Bourbon Street fun.

Great stay on our trip to New Orleans! This home accommodated my group of 14 perfectly. The location was great for our trip and I would stay here again!

The people that went were happy with the layout of the place. It made it allowed a lot of good hang out time because of the open concept.

Mardi Gras was excellent!

The host, the house, the location all excellent. Couldn't ask for a better, more smooth check in process. Walking distance to the entire French Quarter and plenty of room for all 15 of us.

Perfect for my Bach Trip!

My party of 14 was super comfortable the whole time; the space is perfect for a big group. Walking distance from all the fun of New Orleans! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect house and yard

Plenty of places to sleep, and completely clean, all conveniences provided—back patio area is really pretty and cool with all the trees. Balcony over the street is awesome. Was perfect for my visit with a bunch of friends.

Great stay

The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from all the action. Parking was convenient and secure. The host was very responsive and friendly. We booked the entire building and it was great for our large group to feel like we had a home while also visiting.

House is huge and a great spot for a getaway vacation . Big porch and outdoor patio so everyone can hangout and easy access to get in! Felt safe in the area and we had a blast ! Thanks Mike

Incredible value for big group

Mike's place was perfect for our huge group. Close enough to the action to walk to and from bourbon street, while also being far enough away where you can sleep/relax a bit. Mike was very responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone who has a big crew.

Spacious VRBO in the heart of the French Quarter

I had booked this Vrbo for a friend’s bachelor party, and the property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean, awesome backyard patio, and an incredible balcony that overlooks rampart street. Mike was also a really great host. He was very accommodating, and responsive throughout and leading up to our stay. Probably the best part was how close we’re to anything in the French quarter which allowed us to avoid taxis and ride-share apps.

Close to everything

House was amazing for our group of 18! Lots of hang out room in the down times. Close to the French Quarter and absolutely everything we did was a 20 min walk or less…10 to Bourbon St! Both of our excursions (Swamp tour and Plantation) had a pick up location 3 min way. Very convenient location. Mike was an absolute dream to deal with and responded immediately. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Mike!

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We were a big group and this space was the perfect size. The host was very communicative and responded immediately to all inquiries -- before, during, and even after we left the property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter. There was a convenience store on the corner that made it easy to grab last-minute items. There was a nice shady outdoor space for early morning hangouts. I highly recommend this property for a group.

Fantastic

Great place and great host. Mike was great - very easy communication and so nice. I was there with a big group for my bachelor party, and the place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathroom space, and a nice outdoor hang out area in the back. Our favorite spot in the place was the front balcony overlooking the street. I hadn’t spent much time in New Orleans, so was initially worried the location might not be good, but it was perfect. It felt very safe, and was easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend for a big group.
