Thanks for your review, Evonne! We give instructions on the best way to enter the driveway, we hope those instructions are very clear. The bed and faucet have since been fixed, we appreciate you letting us know they needed our attention. There is always an extra propane tank in the shed—this is also written in the check-in instructions. The hot tub is cleaned after every single stay, but I apologize if you found anything wrong with it. The cleaning crew does a thorough job at cleaning the hot tub and the water is changed after every guest! Thanks again for everything. We hope to talk to you again soon!

Thank you for your review, Lori! A couple of things: the hot tub only has a couple of buttons--the on/off button, the button for the jets, and the temperature control buttons. That is the reason we do not have instructions for it! We also do not have an ice maker at the cabin--if you are speaking about freezer in the kitchen, that one is in working condition. The couch must have been trampled with during another stay--we are going to take a look at the couch as well as the foosball table. We do appreciate all of your comments and take them seriously. The hot tub had electrical issues but was fixed as soon as we could get someone to fix it! Even though this was inevitable, we worked out a partial refund :) We now have two new coffee makers (ground & keurig.) The other coffee maker was probably damaged by guests before your stay, so we are glad you mentioned this so we could replace it. I’m not sure what happened with the washing machine during your stay, but it does work just fine! Carpets have been cleaned—we professionally clean them regularly. We did not notice the odor in one of the rooms, but we made sure to let the cleaning company and carpet cleaning crew know! We have added brighter bulbs and the dishwasher has been fixed to the cabinet. Regarding the sloped backyard, yes, it is sloped until you reach the bottom, (with stairs down it) but there are flat parts around the property. The driveway and front door area are nice and flat. Our ultimate goal is happy guests! Hope to talk to you again soon!!!

Thanks for your review, Debra! We are working with the city on the hot tub issue—unfortunately, that is inevitable and out of our reach since we were told the problem is due to grounding. We are doing everything we can to fix the issue. The entrance is also something out of our reach and are working with the city as well to see if we can make it easier to get into from the one side.
