„My family (3 teens & myself) stayed 4 nights here. We spent 3 days on the river, then went to Honeymoon Island on the 4th day. The house is well-equipped with river gear, bedding, and new appliances. We easily made breakfast and snacks with the utensils and kitchen items on hand. The only thing I needed to buy were Kleenex and laundry soap, but that's to be expected. The host had everything from throw blankets to sun hats and oscillating fans ready to use. „Location is great for Clearwater beach and other areas in Pinellas County- it was by a main road that was accessible to everything. I was really impressed with the place itself- clean, had all amenities we needed, spacious for 2 people. Highly recommend for 1-2 people who want to stay in a beach area but also need to travel to Tampa.“

„Great location! Couldn’t ask for better views. We loved everything about this place. It’s not fancy, but I wouldn’t expect it to be…It’s a beach house. It wasn’t super clean (in a deep cleaned sense), but it was cleaned and cared for between guests. The only thing I would warn other guests about that it is clearly is a rental and there are NO extra “things” around. For example, the only scissors in the place was a kitchen scissors. „Great house and host. On the second day ac stopped working. I called the host and within 30 min maintenance was there fixing the problem Only drawback 9 people( 5 of them female) and 2 bathrooms. Close to weeki wachee, tarpon spring and boatrentals“

The house itself was stunningly furnished, with a beautiful and clean pool that was perfect for relaxing. "Sehr gute Lage in Clearwater. Direkt am Pier. Sonnenschirm und zwei Stühle am Strand inklusive. Frühstück 25$ für Erwachsene und 15$ für Kinder. Pool ist etwas klein aber bis nach Mitternacht geöffnet. Leider nur Valet Parken aber dafür sehr zügig und alles über eTip möglich. "

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist erstklassig – besser geht es kaum. Allerdings ist der Preis von über 600 Dollar pro Nacht aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, insbesondere in Relation zum gebotenen Service. Ein Kritikpunkt: Externe Gäste wurden erst nach unserer Meldung an das Hotelpersonal vom Hotelgelände respektive Pool verwiesen, obwohl Hotelgäste eindeutig an einem Armband zu erkennen sind. Hier wäre eine proaktivere Kontrolle wünschenswert. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die exzellente Küche und die Bar. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut – und das Personal ist durchweg äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. *** This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – truly hard to beat. However, the rate of over 600 Dollar per night does not reflect the level of service provided and feels overpriced. One point of criticism: Non-hotel guests were only asked to leave after we reported them to staff, even though hotel guests can be clearly identified by their wristbands. A more proactive approach would be appreciated. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are outstanding. The price-performance ratio here is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive."
