This unique 1 bed/1 bath bungalow (private studio) is the perfect spot for a couple or single guest to experience all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. There is a queen size bed and a queen pull out sofa. The open floor plan is very welcoming, has a cozy private patio, and fenced yard. Amenities include: flat screen tv, wifi, Amazon Firestick television programs, wii (to make the tv feel smart-games not included), board games, beach cruiser bicycles, beach beanbags and chairs, beach towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster oven big enough for a pizza, coffee maker, ice maker, and all of the essentials (no stove) for staying in - OR -walk to Flagler Avenue for food, drinks, festivities, and shenanigans. You can see both the beach, and river from the end of the driveway. Walk or ride beach cruisers to the beach for sunrise, and to the river for sunset.

Price quote will include a 6.5% sales tax and 6% "Tourist and Convention Development" tax that we are required to pay.

This charming town is filled with activities, food and entertainment. 13 miles of clean clear beaches, nature walks, national parks, rocket launches, kayak with the dolphin and manatee, etc... Plenty of delicious places to eat and catch live music!
