The hotel was in a great location to the shops and Times Square. Our host was very friendly and had great communication with us. Lovely stay, great property.

Fantastic property in great location. Ideally suited to explore the City or take a break from it all in Central Park. The Happy Hour is a great benefit and saves finding somewhere for breakfast or nibbles before a night out.

Wonderful getaway steps from Central Park

My Mom and I loved this stay. We enjoyed morning walks through Central Park. Walking distance to The Minskoff Theatre and Times Square. Staff was great. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely awesome place. Great location in midtown near central park and great restaurant options. Subway stop 1/2 block away, convenience store on corner. The breakfast in the morning has lots of options (good coffee, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit) and has a nice outdoor space to eat. The room was very spacious for NYC, comfy bed, very quiet.

Perfect location. 2 blocks from Central Park. Walked daily then back for a great breakfast at VRBO. Great subway access or 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and broadway shows! Good happy hour each evening and friendly staff and doormen! Loved it.

Location is spectacular

I’ve stayed here twice for business trips. This property is great for exploring the city and you’re close to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely continue to come back again and again.

Christmastime in the City

My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and the holidays. We have always wanted to see Manhattan at Christmastime and this place was a perfect spot to see everything and do everything we wanted to do. We would wake up and have a delicious breakfast, which is provided, and head out for the day. We were able to walk everywhere. we walked to Central Park, shopping, Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway, and it's right next to Carnagie Hall, so we were able to see Amy Grant's Christmas Show. Our room was clean and the bed so comfortable and the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. We had the time of our lives!

A pleasant stay

Great stay in Manhattan

Fully recommend. The facility is very modern, luxurious all around. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The owners lounge includes breakfast till 10.30 am and the happy hour with food, beers and wine from 5 to 7 pm which was great, they changed menu a little bit every day and always great, we took advantage of this lounge almost every day. Location is fantastic couple blocks from Central Park, beautiful area, and a subway station is 50 meters away. Full recommend!

Amazing Experience

What an amazing trip we had. Starting with communication from Jason to the warm and friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast and cocktail party were a nice bonus. The proximity to central park and subway stations was great. We also did a lot of walking since many points of interest to us were withing walking distance. I'd highly recommend this property.

We’ve stayed at W 57th before. The location is great and the facilities are well worth the price. The only downside is the construction across the street, which is pretty noisy.
