Located on the garden level of The Serene, this approximately 290-square-foot private accommodation includes a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, independently controlled heating and air conditioning, Smart TV, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker.

THE SPACE
Room 101 is best suited to two guests and accommodates up to three. The king bed sleeps two, and a twin air mattress with bedding can be provided for the third registered guest with advance notice. The reclining sofa is seating only and is not advertised as a bed.

The private ensuite bathroom has a shower; there is no bathtub. Additional comforts include complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, clothing storage, linens, towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries. The Smart TV is ready for guests to use with their own streaming accounts. The independently controlled mini-split system provides heating and air conditioning by remote.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to Room 101 and its ensuite bathroom, plus shared access to the backyard from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Entry is self-service using unique keypad access information sent after guest verification.

IMPORTANT ACCESSIBILITY DISCLOSURE: This garden-level room requires descending approximately 3 outdoor steps from the sidewalk. There is no elevator. Guests must be comfortable using stairs and carrying their luggage.

LOCATION
The Serene is centrally located in Harlem. The exact street address is provided only to confirmed guests. The 125th Street A/B/C/D subway station is approximately 0.3 mile away, providing convenient express service toward Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Herald Square, and Times Square.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed, and nearby paid parking options can be searched independently.

HOUSE RULES AND SAFETY
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. A two-night minimum applies. The primary guest must be at least 21, complete verification, and stay at the property. Only registered guests are permitted unless visitors receive advance approval. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The entire property, including the backyard, is smoke- and vape-free. No pets except trained service animals.

Children and infants are welcome, and a crib may be provided with advance notice. Guests must supervise children around stairs and outdoor areas.

For security, exterior and shared-area cameras continuously record video at the building entrance, hallways, backyard, and deck areas. There are no cameras inside private accommodations. Audio capability is disabled. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors are installed in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and fire extinguishers and first-aid supplies are located in shared hallways.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
This is a professionally managed, fully automated accommodation with remote guest support and no on-site front desk. Normal city and building sounds may be heard. There is no kitchen or cooking equipment in this room, no washer or dryer, no laundry service, and no daily housekeeping or routine towel and linen replacement. An iron and ironing board are available from a shared hallway drawer upon request.

The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy. Guests are booking an individual private accommodation within a professionally managed hospitality property, not a residential apartment share.
