Hôtel très confortable avec des chambres spacieuses. Le personnel était courtois. Tout était propre et bien entretenu même si la salle de bain était vieillotte. L’emplacement est parfait, tout peut se faire à pied. Les chambres des étages inférieurs sont cependant bruyantes. Nous étions au 3e et avons été déménagés au 20e pour pouvoir mieux dormir la nuit. Autrement, le séjour était parfait.

We have stayed here many times and we always enjoy it here. The hotel is located in a very central area. It is close to 5th AVe, Central Park and Times Square. All walkable. Close to subway stops too.

Beautiful old elegant hotel with wonderful history. Excellent service at front desk, porters, room service, downstairs bar. Ideal location for Broadway shows and so much more. Great rooms! Beautiful and spotless and elegant. Slept like a baby. Will def stay here again.

Visited for a quick work trip. Thé property location was perfect. The reception staff was awful and rude. I would not recommend because of this. Visiting another country is stressful enough and to be greeted with lack of consideration, kindness or simple human decency was not a pleasant experience.

I reserved a premier king room however our room was not what I consider premier...it was a corner room with 2 windows looking at brick walls out of both windows...the bathroom was extremely small, I have stayed in many hotels in the city and have never had such a small bathroom. I have stayed at the Warwick before and the room and bathroom were wonderful so to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Went to Randolphs one nite and I asked for coffee, was told they didn't have any!....however the room was nice and quiet and when I requested extra towels they came super fast,also the staff was very nice. We love NYC and we did have a good time just a bit disappointed in the room we were given

Came for a quick birthday celebration. Very friendly professional staff, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great bar area downstairs also with wonderful staff. Close to St Patrick’s, 5th Ave, Rockefeller plaza, broadway…we walked everywhere as we didn’t have a car. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to NYC!

Loved the location and history of the hotel. Could do with a freshen up. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Recommend getting a room with street view as looked into a brick wall and room was very dark. All in all a comfortable stay in a comfortable hotel.
