The bungalow was comfortable, spotless clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need.Couple of nice areas outside for sitting out.Would highly recommend it. We found a lovely park nearby and plenty of little shops and takeaways just a few minutes walk. »

« Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

« I personally did not stay here. I booked for my mother and father and aunt. They came from America to visit me in Nottingham/Derby. From what I saw it was clean, neat, and well stocked with all thing things you need for a stay. My folks said the beds were comfortable and they enjoyed their stay. I would definitely book again for future guests visiting me. Thank you. »

« There was many things that were incredibly disappointing about this property. An hour before arriving we received a message to say the main bathroom toilet was blocked and they weren’t going to fix it before our stay, meaning the only toilets available were inside the 2 en-suite bathrooms. After arriving we found the house in what seemed to be mid construction. The kitchen was still covered in protective plastic, with cupboards without handles and a complete lack of cutlery, glasses and plates....
