« Location was perfect, set in the middle of downtown Newaygo. Easy access to parks, trails, and the river. Place was absolutely adorable and very clean. Lots of nice touches within. Host was very easy to work with, reasonable rules and asks (we've all had a rental with a mile of rules and asks... this wasn't like that). Definitely enjoyed and would return if heading to that area. »

« Mark and Amy literally thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots/pans, dishes, drink ware, appliances, etc… even a supply of basic spices, and olive oil. Unit is VERY clean and well organized. Property is still being developed, but is already awesome with 2 great fire pits, a nice grill, 4 campsites with utilities. We will only stay here when visiting family in the area going forward. »

« The studio was very nice but did not realize it was a unit of 3, and that it was a base camp. The walls are very thin in the unit, could hear the neighbors talking and their tv. Quiet during the day. Host was very attentive to all our needs. »

« The hosts were great and very responsive! The property was beautiful and our suite was super nice and updated. We truly enjoyed the fire table to have a nice private fire with our friends and having a full kitchen was super nice too. Only downside was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pullout was kinda small. »

« The home was very clean, however the internet was out and had been for at least week prior and there was no communication telling us that until we were checked in. The reason the internet is important is because it is the only way the television worked. In addition, the service for our cell phones was very poor and no Wi-Fi made it impossible to get a signal. « Great place, perfect for a small family. Outdoor space has a private hot tub, gas grill and a tiki bar. Access to the private beach was my kid's favorite thing! Check in/check out was very easy. »

« The house was great for my extended family of 11. There are 2 refrigerators that make it easy to keep drinks cold too. The long boards were a plus for group water fun. The dock made it easy access for the boat we rented. The 2 living areas helped the grandkids have their own space to stay up late. Great fun! »

Two suggestions for improvement paddle boat needs some work. Mechanism very hard to pedal. Secondly the water has a very strong sulfur smell. Again we had a wonderful time! »
