« Arrived close to closing time and was warmly greeted by publcan, staff and pub regilars. Felt safe and was well fed at breakfast time. Nice to hear other guests talking about their intended visitsof the day. Publican helpful with my additional enquiries and offered suggestions of taxis to get to and from a venue.. Lovely lunch eaten after checking out. Beer Garden well looked after and village was nice to wander around with further walks suggested, if required. The place is cared for. Would go...

« Staff were incredible and helpful for all our requests including local landmarks, the room was very clean. My only feedback would be there there seemed to be a certain ventilator fan hum throughout the night ; we got used to that but the establishment might want to check that - Thanks for a lovely stay! »

« What a nice and interesting hotel that this one! in an environment of ranch, the hotel propose small and "cosy" bedrooms apparently made from paddocks. My room was comfortable and well equipped. At the same location, a very good restaurant proposed very good items. I took my lunch, my dinner and also my breakfast and was totally satisfied by all my selections. I definitely recommand this hotel-restaurant managed by very a nice and discrete young couple. THANK YOU! »

« Nous avons chercher un hôtel à un prix raisonnable à proximité d'Oxford. Pour 4 personnes, c'est le seul qui proposait un tarif intéressant avec petit déjeuner. Nous avions une voiture et cela facilite les choses ... La proximité du chemin de fer ne nous a pas dérangé car les trains ne passaient pas la nuit. L'accueil est familial. Excellent rapport qualité- prix »
