« We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return. »

« Room 337 was very quite. Room 339 was very noisy with air conditionning noise during the night, despite it was off. Shower of room 337 was not very clean (black molds at various locations). Breakfast very good (top quality yogourt, good croissant, orange juice used to be far better but new one orange juice just normal, fruits, english breafast top chef) . Sealing of room door just not existing thus noise from corridor in the room. »

« Attention aux services. J'ai demandé un wake up call qui n'a pas été effectué. J'ai commandé un taxi pour aller tôt à l'aéroport le matin, le taxi n'était également pas commandé... »

« Clean warm loads of room 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one en-suite loads of coffee sugars and teabags, we were on first floor so we could hear people passing by later on in the evening but in the centre of Newcastle it wasn’t so bad and really to be expected, I absolutely highly recommend this place definitely plan to use these apartments again and the staff were amazing extremely friendly and helpful 5 stars 🌟 »

« My wife and I have just spent 3 nights at Malmaison Newcastle whilst visiting relatives in Newcastle. I can honestly say we had a wonderful visit the staff at the hotel were fantastic including Teresa & Aimee in the dining room and Claire on reception. « J’étais déjà venu il y a quelques années dans cette hôtel, et le niveau est excellent, j’apprécie beaucoup cette chaîne, dans des lieux originaux et de très bon goût. Le petit bémol, au restaurant, j’avais pris une salade avec du kale, mais il n’y en avait pas, malgré les affirmations du cuisinier après ma remarque… »
