Had you contacted reception we could have looked into moving rooms for you. This obviously when fully booked affects our ability to offer early check in's. We do always try our best whenever possible. Having checked the duty managers report I can see that a guest did fall asleep outside of a room but was woken and put in his room by staff. I am sorry that this disturbed you.
