« Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasnât worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. »

« Hot tub was my reason for coming to this location. The pool was closed, but the hot tub was running the whole time I was there and it was great. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly. And the grits were all it took for me to love the breakfast. My room was clean and spacious.
