« A Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Staff Are All very Friendly and made us Feel very Welcome. Food is First Class. Grounds are very well Manicured. Excellent base for Visiting Bristol, but you will need a Car as Hotel is off the Beaten track. »

« Great property. There is a small check in desk just behind the bar area. Staff at check were super friendly. Room clean and spacious and super king size bed really comfortable. We had a room for 3-4 so had a super king size and then a single bed in the room. Would definitely use again when in the area. O my downsize was it’s quite costly for a pub hotel at £125. »

« Our stay was great, the manager was really kind, friendly and polite, let us check in before the 2pm time so we were able to get to the game. Gave us advice on transport on how to get to the station, nothing was too much. Breakfast the next morning was lovely and set us up for the day. Only thing I didn’t like was that the heating was on all night but that’s just a personal preference. Thank you for the hospitality »

« Stayed here for a wedding, room was small but clean. You could feel the bed springs on your back when you laid down and the bed was a bit small. Understood they had breakfast included, but they don't serve breakfast. Staff was lovely and very accommodating. »

« Lovely pub with comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice beer. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my room. Tea/coffee making facilities were present and fresh milk available on request in the bar. I only had breakfast once but it was tasty and well presented. »

« Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, cuisiné équipée partagée, bon Wifi . A quelques minutes d'un Lidl, a 15/20 mns de la gare qui permet un accès a Cardiff en 20 mns ( £6 A/R). Large parking a coté - les horodateurs ne fonctionnent pas mais j'ai té verbalisé a 22h30 pour défaut de ticket ! seule voiture étrangère ) »
