Splendides villas de location à Newport Beach

« The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot. »

« We had a great stay »

« We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). « Our experience here was amazing! I would absolutely recommend booking a stay here. Our host was great! Check-in/out couldn't have been easier. I look forward to booking again in the future. »

« a beautiful place to stay with an unsurpassed beach view and access if many many stairs are not a problem. However, a dirty living area carpet and a stained, worn couch were disappointing. « Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a good property with a wonderful view. Today it is rundown and filthy. There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. No direction or help when we had issues. »
