Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. « Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat! »
