« Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year. »

« I cannot emphasize how gorgeous the view of lake Ontario is from this property! We saw boats, tankers, the lights from Canada at night. You can walk down to the water and sit and watch the sunset and the screened room kept the bugs away at night. This property is about an hour away from Niagara falls and close to Olcott and a grocery store. The property is on a dead end lot and we didn't see any neighbors the entire time we were there. The house is very clean and comfortable. »

« Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. « Our stay was perfect. Check-in and communication with the property owner was excellent. Kitchen was adequate with modern conveniences, oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Some supplies were short, but we made do. Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. It was so peaceful a great place to shut down my brain for a few days. »
