Checkin was super easy, wifi easy to connect too. Rooms and bathrooms all great size and well maintained. Host was responsive and easy to reach.

What a great house and an amazing location. Clifton Hill within walking distance as was the Falls. Owner kept in touch— much better than a hotel room!!!! Reasonable price also

This rental was amazing, and we had a fantastic time! The backyard and patio were beautiful—we enjoyed multiple meals outside. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the falls and many other activities. I expected it to be much noisier given how close we were to everything, but the home—and even the outdoor space—was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Great location

Location was great. Close to Clifton Hill area and lots of restaurants. House was great for our group of 9. Wifi was strong. Only negative was that we wished we had washcloths for showers.

Owner has good communication and respond promptly if you have any questions. We have a nice one night stay in this vacation home. Recommended!

Fantastic place right by Clifton Hill!

I booked this home for a golf trip with 7 of my friends. The proximity to downtown, 3 parking spaces and space in the accommodation was fantastic! We were all really impressed and happy with the house. Would stay again!!

Great place for big family

This home was great for our large family! It is beautifully renovated and within walking distance of downtown Clifton Hills and the falls within close proximity to the Skyline hotel. The host was great…very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is that a washer and dryer and hand towels be available on site.

Perfect Falls Location

Perfect house for your Niagara Falls vacation. Upon arrival check in was easy. House was extremely clean with enough supplies for all of us. Our stay included 3 adult family members but this house could easily accommodate a much larger family. Very quiet location for a good nights rest. We walked to the falls every day. If we return to the falls someday we would definitely stay here!

Fantastic property so close to everything. Casino, waterpark, clifton hill all within a 10-15 min walk. House was clean, super spacious and came with some extras to help the weekend! Communication with host was quick and overall we all had a wonderfil stay! Saving again to come back next year! Thank you!

This is a perfect location to enjoy all the activities at the falls. We traveled with our 3 adult children and their families. The 3 level house provides a large top floor with sleeping for a family of 8 with room for a cot which we brought for the little one and has a full bathroom. At the bottom of those stairs is another bed perfect for older children or even a nanny. Along with the nanny space, the three additional bedrooms were spacious, comfy, and had another full bath. All three bathrooms were stocked with quality soaps, hair dryer, and super soft towels. We were able to adjust the thermostat for the perfect temp and fans were also available. The main floor provided a large table where 8 pp could comfortably gather. The adjacent kitchen had seating for 2 more and the family room seated another 9-12 on the sofas. We parked on the driveway prior to check in so we could spend the day in town. Our 15 passenger van parked there easily and with some strategic parking, 4 cars could meet there and park for a family/friends reunion/vacation. The front porch was enjoyed for gathering our group before venturing out. We enjoyed our stay and hope you will too.

Great location and space

The house has everything you need and is in a perfect spot near Clifton Hill. Well stocked with towels, linens, toilet paper, etc and the kids loved the “secret” attic bedroom. Only complaint would be that you can’t really have 2 people in showers due to water pressure issues but we were able to work around that

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our trip. The house was walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill, which is what we liked most. The house met our needs. We had an issue with some of the bedding, but the owner assisted us promptly. The house next to a parking lot, so lots of traffic and people around. It didn’t bother us but it was a busy area.

Great property, sketchy area

Our stay was pretty straightforward. The check-in process was simple and we had everything we needed. The property was spacious and in good repair. The negatives come in when talking about the general location. While it was very convenient to walk to downtown, the neighborhood was very questionable. I stayed with friends to celebrate my bachelor party, so we were all adult men. I would not trust this area for a family stay. One of my friends found a crack pipe on the sidewalk right around the corner from the property. Additionally, there's a house in very questionable condition 2 doors down. Overall, the property itself was good, but the neighborhood was not.
