Hôtel tranquille
La proximité des chutes du Niagara est un vrai plus. Excellent hôtel, même si le ménage nest pas fait tous jours.

L'accueil à la réception n'est pas des plus aimables, et aucun effort n'est fait pour satisfaire le client. Pour le reste tout est parfait.

It was pretty good but I didn’t like the fact that the hotel had a smoking area inside the casino because the smell was intense as soon as you walked into the hotel lobby you can smell the smoke

T h e only issue i had was i went fro. Floor 16 to floor 5 because my girl do t like elevatos but that was an issu with her not the establishment only issue i had was the 40 in fees when i checked out that i was unaware of

We just wished they would have done something soecial for our 5 year anniversary. Then the Italian restaurant had good calamari but the chicken parm wasnt good

Room and bathroom were gorgeous and very spacious! The room was very clean and hotel offered a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay again!!

We love Seneca in Niagra Falls NY. This is the first time I think we had an issue. And here's my issue, the money we spend in casinos is outrageous for us. We don't go to win, we go for the entertainment. It is nice when you win but for us it's strictly entertainment. I was shocked to see in our room were two bottles of water, you would think for the money you're paying for the room and the money that you would probably lose at the Casino they could give you a bottle of water. There was a $2 charge for each bottle of water. The second is I went into a lady's restroom and this is out where the restaurant area was by the Bear Claw (awesome place to eat by the way. ) further down. I have never ever been in a casino bathroom where it has been as filthy as it was that day. Toilets weren't flushed I'm sure no fault of the casino. Paper towels everywhere. I didn't even use the restroom that's how bad I felt it was. Other than that we had a fantastic time, we love going there we love to visit the Falls walk around it's a nice convenient area. I thank you for the hospitality, your staff is always wonderful, check in and check out is easy.

The room had stains in an old worn carpet.The shower handles didn't work right had to really muscle it to turn it on. Then both the wand and shower head ran at the same time no way to shut one off .Payed good money to stay in room 1230

It is a nice property with upscale finishings. There is a strong cigarette odor in the lobby. When we checked in they had no reservation for us and blamed Expedia. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes while the lady at the desk waited on her phone to try to get it fixed. She looked po'ed and did not offer me any updates, even though she was obviously on hold. When I asked for a status she simply said she is working on it. Finally I asked her for the manager and she rudely pointed to another lady at the end of the counter. That lady was nice and took my number and said she would call me when it was fixed but she could not give me a room until it was so we would have to do find something to do or sit in the lobby. 2 hours later it was fixed. A few days later we asked for new towels and the garbage can to be emptied. We left came back 4 hours later noting so we called again apparently our request was lost so we requested again. We left for dinner and came back and there were new towels on the bed and the garbage in the main room was emptied but not in the bathroom and the wet towels in the bathroom we left for them were still there. Also this place is a 15 minute walk to the falls so don't think you are right there. Again nice place but the issues we had detracted from the experience.

It was my first time there and had read other reviews. They weren’t wrong when they said some of the employees were rude, all we did was ask a simple question to a waitress and a security guard and they were nasty.
