sur le site expédia il n est pas noté l adresse du sheraton on n a pas droit de rentrer USA . après la soirée et les feu d artifice on voulais rentrer n a pas pu. on n a trouvé aucun hôtel pour dormir on a décider de rentrer à montréal et la nuit a est terminé par un accident avec un bébé de 3 semaines ….!!! j aimerai bien mentionnée l adresse de l hôtel au gent pour ne pas tombé dans ce problème merci

I liked the location. It's walkable to Niagra park, restaurants and to the boarder.
I was very disappointed of how outdated property is. I had higher expectations since it's a Sheraton. If you get a room at the other end of the building be prepared of a lot of walking, there is only one access for this huge hotel.

They did not get around to cleaning my room the next day. When I asked them to come they did not have anyone available. Then I asked for fresh bathroom towels and washcloths they only provided towels.

Previous resident who may have used toilet. Dirty phone and sticky switches from
Dirt. There were carpets ripped and duck tapes on carpets. Def. Poorly managed and cared for. Should not be marketed under Marriott Bonvoy.

The fridge isn’t working and smells. Bathroom door won’t lock. Can’t connect to guest service due to dial tone issues. Very disappointed in the cost for what you get. Service desk lady was great though!

The pool is everything if you have kids! Its big and is surrounded by couches, very family friendly. You can bring food and drinks and relax while your kids Go nuts. Game room is VERY expensive but also fun for kids.

Everything about the hotel was great. The pool was too busy even though the hotel itself was not.
The American side of Niagara Falls is deserted!! Most placed were closed or looked abandoned. We always stay at the Canadian side but wanted to try the other side this time.
We went to a grocery store (Tops) to get something for the dinner. There was a cop there and the entry had a metal fence!! Had never seen such security at a grocery store! Well at least not anywhere in Canada.
