The space
Thoughtfully designed for an effortless stay. Recently renovated with an open-concept layout, the cottage combines the charm of a coastal getaway with the comforts of a well-appointed home. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to settle in, along with complimentary water, ice, tea and drip coffee. A separate private office provides a quiet space to work when needed, with high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. The 77-inch LED TV makes winding down after a day at the beach easy.

Every detail has been considered for both comfort and convenience. The two bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed, blackout shades, and a fan The private wooden deck overlooks the yard and creates a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. An in-unit washer and dryer are stocked with detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets, and an iron and steamer are also provided.

Your beach day starts before you even leave the house. Just a one-minute walk from the private beach, the cottage comes equipped with a backpack cooler, ice packs, beach chairs and loungers, beach towels, kid-sized towels, and beach toys—so there’s no need to pack much of anything when it comes to beach essentials—we’ve got you covered. Guests can also take advantage of the community boat launch, offering convenient access to the water.

For those looking to stay active, we’ve also provided free weights, yoga mats, and a foam roller, along with everything you’ll need to enjoy the neighborhood’s pickleball and tennis courts.

A note for our guests: Check-in details, including helpful information about the cottage, local restaurant recommendations, and everything you’ll need for a smooth arrival, will be provided three days before your stay. Please note that, due to severe allergies in our household, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind, including hypoallergenic breeds. We appreciate your understanding and help in keeping the home comfortable for everyone.
