« I've been coming back for more than 20 years, even before the new owners upgraded everything. This hotel is the best value in San Juan Del Sur. Next to cathedral and main park, walk to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away. »
« This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work...
« The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests.

« It was a bad experience. The refrigerator did not work. The coffee maker had moldy coffee in it. The electric was limited so you couldn't run ac most of the time. The wires to the heated water in the shower were cut and exposed so you don't have hot water and risk electrocution. The pictures in the ad must be 10 years old because it doesn't look like that now. There was a black cat that would keep coming into the house like it thought it belonged there. The location to the beach was...
